New Publication: A Chapter on Management and Work-Life Harmony in an International Volume

I’m pleased to share the publication of the book International Perspectives on Business, Labour and Society (Edward Elgar Publishing), which includes a chapter I authored.

In this contribution, I explore topics such as management, organizational development, and the harmonization of work and personal life in multicultural and international contexts. Drawing on my experience in cross-cultural consultancy, I reflect on how inclusive leadership and cultural intelligence can support the development of more sustainable, human-centered, and effective organizations.
